What Makes You Smile!

Surrounding myself with people that make me laugh has always been a top priority of mine. I have been blessed my entire life with friends and family that crack me up. Now that I’m a father of four kids, that all have their own unique sense of humor, that trend has continued. I don’t think there’s been a day in the last twenty years that has gone by without one of my children bringing a smiling to my face. MINDFULNESS

Being mindful allows us to decide how we will respond to the circumstance that it causing our suffering. Once we recognize that we can control how we react to it we can then move towards a different perspective. We can always change our attitude, our thought patterns and our actions if we so choose.
