NUTRITION COACHING

Utilizing our Power Nutrition Software we will define your health and wellness goals and create a plan to achieve them. This will allow us to rewire your mindset and tastebuds to crave healthy foods and shun unhealthy foods…for real. We'll help you find your motivation and hold you accountable until your goals are reached. Along the way we will listen to your body and determine the best foods for your unique constitution. As well as determine what is causing your “food issues” (overeating, stress eating, eating the wrong foods, cravings, etc.) and remedy that by treating the root cause versus just the symptom. All for the overall goal of develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits that actually stick.

Elite Athlete Training training focuses on helping athletes improve all of the components that will enable them to elevate their game-time performance. Designed specifically for competitive athletes, this class focuses on mental acuity, physical agility, and injury prevention. We consider an athletes ability to be mentally strong, able to focus, and play with confidence to be equally important to the physical training. By combining game time visualization techniques into our sessions to go along with the speed, agility, and strength work, our athletes develop into a complete player.
